Terms and Conditions for purchase online
The use of the “Web”, hereinafter “Interkoven Group”, attributes the condition of “User” who does it and implies acceptance of all conditions contained in this text.

1. Applicability
These general conditions apply to: (i) the purchase of any product through the Web; and (ii) the use of any information, documents, graphics, movies, features, music and / or other Web services.

2. Ordering / shopping on the Web
2.1. Requirements for ordering / purchasing
To place an order through the Web User must: 1. Be at least 18 years. 2. Being a consumer, not a dealer, distributors or professionals should contact Interkoven Group through any means to request validation and will be given a user name and password specific.
2.2 How to Order

2.4 Checking data

3. Price / Payment
3.1 Payment

3.2 Payment Processing
Payments may only be processed if the billing information can be verified. If the user uses the method of payment by credit card / debit card, the bank will deduct the purchase amount as the POS authorize the operation. If the User used payment method by bank transfer, Interkoven Group will send the order after receiving full payment of the amount. The bank transfer may take several days to become effective in the system Interkoven Group. 3.4 Prices and Currency

4. Order security

5. Transport and delivery
5.1 Delivery (where and when)
Interkoven Group takes delivery of its products from Monday to Friday. Interkoven Group does not deliver on certain holidays. Interkoven Group can only process orders for directions, they are in any of the countries where the service provided “Transport Agency” hired by Interkoven Group.

If the packaging is damaged, Interkoven Group recommends that the user not to accept such shipment. In such cases, when Interkoven Group has processed the return forward the request without the user having to deal with shipping costs.

6. Returns and Cancellations
6.1 Cancellation of an order before being issued
The user may cancel an order provided without having to give any explanation if the order has not been issued. 6.4 Change Product
Currently Interkoven Group does not enable the service product changes, but leaves the back service products enabled on the terms set out in Article 6.2 and 6.3 above. more information about the repayment terms in Article 6.6 below is established. 6.5 Returning gifts
Interkoven Group currently does not offer return service products to people who have received them as a gift. It is not allowed to change the codes for money. Without affecting any other rights Interkoven Group may have, Interkoven Group has the right to cancel immediately the promo code if you suspect that it has been used or is capable of being used in violation of any of the conditions listed above or any other incorrectly, Interkoven Group whenever deemed appropriate.

8. Availability
The processing of all orders through the Web is subject to availability of products. Group Interkoven try to make their best efforts to ensure stocks of all products listed for sale on the Web. However, Interkoven Group reserves the right to refuse an order, or cancel ordersconfirmed product of which there is no stock. In this case, Interkoven Group inform the user via email and would reimburse any payment had been made.

9. Validity of Offers
Web offers are valid only at the time displayed on the Web. Interkoven Group has no obligation to respect any offers Web that contains typographical errors, pricing or any other failure. Interkoven Group reserves the right to cancel any purchase made if such errors are detected.
